Nerys Fuller-Love
Nerys Fuller-Love is leading the FEIW project in Wales, her main research interests are in the area of small business and entrepreneurship. She has also written articles on a wide variety of management issues such as strategy and IT. Previously Nerys was the Director of the MBA Programme at UWA Aberystwyth which is the only AMBA accredited MBA in Wales. She developed the MSc Entrepreneurship programme and has carried out research in the areas of small businesses and entrepreneurship. Nerys has first hand experience of running a small business in Mid Wales and has also been involved with a number of growing businesses in the area including Halo Foods, Ty Nant and Rachel's Dairy. She was a Member of the Economic Development Strategy Panel for the Welsh Assembly, which prepared the economic policy to improve the economic performance of the economy of West Wales and the Valleys including setting targets for GDP, employment levels etc. She has also been involved with the Menter a Busnes development agency which attempts to change attitudes of Welsh speakers towards business and enterprise. Nerys has until recently been a board member for Finance Wales plc and was involved in the early stage of the E-Commerce and the Technology funds. She was also a member of Postwatch Wales, which is responsible for representing consumer interests in postal services. She is a regular contributor to radio, television and newspaper reports on small businesses and entrepreneurship. |
